Jeff Lowe, a Real Estate expert says that when we first experience expansion or growth in our income, we commonly experience the innate desire to spend your money and buy a new car.  The isn’t necessary the best thing to do if you are looking to buy a new home.  Jeff Lowe, should know since he has been selling homes for over 15 years.  As a real estate expert, he recommends not doing that if your ultimate goal is to buy a house.  Its nice to buy a new car with all the new technology features like bluebooth, cellphone connection through the car, rear view cameras and etc but it could cost you when you want to quality for that loan to buy your first loan.

iphone gitch

January 3rd, 2011

New Year greeter were treated with a rude New Year surprise last night – especially those with an iphone as their alarms did not work.

Users who set their iPhone alarm for a single wake-up rather than recurring use found the alarm didn’t go off with the year’s arrival, Apple Inc. spokeswoman Natalie Harrison said Sunday.

A fix is in the works, and all iPhone alarms will work properly starting Monday, she said.

The glitch affects iPhones using Apple’s latest iOS 4.0 operating system, including earlier versions of the smart phone whose users have downloaded the latest software.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the alarm problem, or how many iPhone users were affected. Online postings on blogs and social media sites described people being late for work, church services and other appointments on Saturday and Sunday because of the problem.

After Christmas Deal

December 25th, 2010

Now that Christmas has arrived it is time to start talking about the after Christmas sales that will be going on for those of  you looking for your first and additional HD televisions for your home.  Plasma, LCD, and LED television will be going at great discount prices to move inventory.

There is already a large supply of monitors on the market after the big push for the World Cup earlier this year.  Now stores need to move those left over inventory.

So don’t be surprise to see 32 inch LCD going for $300.  I have seen 50 inch Plasma advertised for $699 so left the bargains begin.

Window 7

September 27th, 2009

Are you considering upgrading to Window 7?  I have been hearing and reading positive things about Window 7.  Basically, Window 7 is what Vista should have been.  If you are currently using Vista, you should definitely upgrade to Window 7 when it comes out in October 23, 2009.

If you are currently using Window XP, upgrading to Window 7 may require some difficulty.  You can go to the window website and download a application that will see if your computer has everything necessary to run Window 7.

Accordingly to Microsoft, they seem to only recommend upgrading from Vista.  So do your research if your are currently working with XP.

At the end of the day, Window 7 looks great and is highly recommended.
